Professional Service with Major Issue Service was limited to oil and filter change. However, tire rotation was not performed due to a lug nut swelling issue. Apparently Ford lug nuts are bad and must be replaced with another common brand. Irritating, but not the fault of the service department. Made an appointment to replace all lug nuts and rotate the tires. Service personnel were courteous and patient when explaining the issue. More
