Great experience I would like to say that Tyler Jones went above and beyond to help me on Sept 4 &5, 2018. I at first had a hard time getting ahold of someone to spea I would like to say that Tyler Jones went above and beyond to help me on Sept 4 &5, 2018. I at first had a hard time getting ahold of someone to speak to about my car not starting. Then it was gonna take a week for me to even get an appointment. Once Tyler got my call he was right on it and said he would do whatever he could do. So he had me bring car in the next day and say he would call in the AM and he actually did call first thing. Then called a little while later to let me know it was just my battery and he would have it finished by the end of the day. Every time I spoke with him, he was kind and explained things to me.
