DASH DILEMMA I brought the car in on October 4, 2018 because the dash readings were strange: e.g., showed gas tank as empty, but it was full; numbers for speed wer I brought the car in on October 4, 2018 because the dash readings were strange: e.g., showed gas tank as empty, but it was full; numbers for speed were shown in huge size with a large arrow turning in a circle around the speed number; nothing was configured the same as the dash I was used to seeing. It was very distracting while driving! I explained my concerns to Wes Allen, who was extremely helpful and set up the appointment for me. I am very grateful for his help, and I was blessed by your FineLine service as well. The gentleman was so kind and he gave me a ride home and picked me up again when the car was ready! I hope you will continue to make that excellent service available! In addition to dealing with the cluster, they also did a multi point inspection, battery check and tires check!. A huge Thank You to Joseph Moles! Due to the time necessary to locate, replace and/or reset the electronics, I was anticipating the repair would be very costly. When I picked up the car, I found that it was covered by warranty and there was no charge! I can’t thank you enough for your commitment to excellence at Holman! Every employee I have met has been courteous, knowledgeable and efficient! This is my third Lincoln from Holman and every visit has been an exceptional experience! God Bless You! More
