routine service prompt and courteous. I know it was later in the afternoon and they were obviously wanting to leave. I felt in some way they may have been trying to prompt and courteous. I know it was later in the afternoon and they were obviously wanting to leave. I felt in some way they may have been trying to discourage me from waiting by giving me a long estimated wait time. It in fact took less time. This is the second time I've experienced this feeling. Secondly, the last time I was in they told me I needed new lug nut covers that should be taken care of on the next service. This wasn't even brought up as an issue this time. This car has never been serviced by anyone other than Holman - as a FYI. I have over 99000 miles on this car and the front brakes have never been serviced or replaced. Maybe I'm lucky but I find this odd. I have no problems with the brakes but I just can't believe a set of pads would last this long. I really like Holman and have never had a bad experience. Just thought you would like what I was thinking from my last couple of visits. More
