Left Holman with truck and payment I wanted Holman is a great dealership. Sara Kramer was great, not pushy or overbearing at all. The warranty I purchased was explained to me very clearly and left no questions to be asked. The only bad taste left in my mouth from Holman Ford is that your auto detailing department is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. These gentleman need to be retrained or replaced. Stevie Wonder could have done a better job......No big deal though, I cleaned the truck properly myself when I brought it home. That won't hamper my overall review of Holman. Recall went well Wes my customer service rep was great. He had my car ready on time and he caught a battery problem for me before winter made it a real issue.
