Unknown smudge(?) on door Visited the Turnersville Dealership location on Monday 2/18/19 for an oil change, new battery and courtesy car wash. When I got home and exited my ve Visited the Turnersville Dealership location on Monday 2/18/19 for an oil change, new battery and courtesy car wash. When I got home and exited my vehicle I couldn't help but notice a smudge like area to the right rear passenger door. There was no indication that it was hit, but I was concerned the paint may be affected in time. So, I spoke to Colleen (my service representative) the next morning and she advised me to bring it in and they would find a solution and fix the problem. The vehicle was taken immediately, and in about 15 minutes, my car was returned the the smudge was gone. I was very impressed and pleased that my concerns were taken as seriously as they were and handled in a professional and compassionate manner. All of your staff is pleasant, polite and helpful whenever I've come in. Thank you for your help in solving this problem and at no charge. More
