I received a call to schedule an appointment and brought the car in on March 13th. I was given a loaner, which was greatly appreciated. I was informed that Wes Allen would be working on this project, which was great news for me! I realize that all the employees are excellent and well-trained, but Wes and his team are absolutely fantastic! I asked if it was possible to do an oil change while the car was there, and that was done as well. Wes explained the procedure and kept me in the loop during the process. He sent an email with the number to call at any time, if I had questions about the car. When I picked up the car, it was absolutely spotless inside and out! The screen works perfectly and I am so grateful for the expertise and kindness of Wes and his team. What a tremendous asset and representation they are to Holman Ford Lincoln! More
