Anyway, Ray from the oil and lube service area took my information. At first he looked kinda down but, after I lifted him up with a light hearted smile, he gave me a smile back. Ray is an excellent employee, I have seen him with joy in his heart and he has always been courteous. Sometimes, we forget we are people first. All the training in the world is good but, as a customer, I look at a persons face and see if something is going on. I had been in customer service for over 35 years and I know customer service look should always be transparent to customers but, sometimes it take a customer themselves to brighten up a smile if that persons smile looks turn down. Amen. This is a positive review for Ray, I'll be seeing him in about 5 months for my brake pads. As a loyal Ford customer, I wouldn't ask for anyone else to take care of me.. More
