Excelellent and Professional Service Department Due to unknown issue with my truck until the actual day of issue, I stopped in the service dept. and spoke with Rob Barbarino and explained the issue Due to unknown issue with my truck until the actual day of issue, I stopped in the service dept. and spoke with Rob Barbarino and explained the issue concerning me with my vehicle. Rob did explain that they were booked solid but will do his very best to try to look at it that day (he also explained he will be off the next day for a week) which I figured it was now going to sit because of his departure. I did not get there till about noon. Rob contacted me at 4:15 to let me know my truck was fixed and I could pick it up until 8:00pm. Regardless of his week off beginning the next day he still made my vehicle as well as the already tight schedule he was working to finish out his day a priority and you don't find that in many places today. Rob also assured me if it was something he couldn't get to, the rest of his team whom he introduced to me will not let me be forgotten. I truly recommend Holman Ford for others to experience the professionalism that is hard to find today. More
