I had requested some additional work to my 2017 Lincoln MKZ 3.0 TT, and the work was done without incident. I especially enjoyed the new video from the service technician (Kyle?), showing specific items such as brake pad depth, undercarriage condition, etc. My wife, who owns an Alfa Romeo, cannot wait for her lease to be up so she can "come back" to Holman for this quality of service. I spent a lot of money on this service visit ($1500+), but I have peace of mind knowing Bob Hughes and his staff are top notch - and if there is an issue, they will address it. THAT is what you expect from a luxury brand such as Lincoln. More

We were texted that we got approved and were ironing out the details when another text says, The vehicle is not here yet, we are crossing our fingers basically because someone else is looking at it at the other dealer where it was. Then shortly after, I get a call saying, Sorry, that vehicle was sold! We do have a different one if you are interested? We'll, first off, No, I'm not because the offer was for a vehicle a year older and more miles! I seen one cheaper somewhere else anyway. But bottom line seems like they used us as a backup in case the other sale fell through. Call it being business savy? I call it One big Disappointment! Don't let it happen to you! More

Our first initial visit was terrible and I’d give 0 stars. We made an appointment to look at a used car. We walked in for our appointment on a Friday which was assigned to a new-car salesman who wasn’ stars. We made an appointment to look at a used car. We walked in for our appointment on a Friday which was assigned to a new-car salesman who wasn’t the friendliest. We were told the manager wasn’t in so we could only “ballpark numbers”. I didn’t make an appointment to look at a vehicle, decide to purchase and then have to “ballpark” numbers. We left. We called the next day to speak to someone who could help us. The manager Steven/Stephen (unsure how he spells it) was so helpful and apologetic and asked us to come back in. We agreed, upon arrival we were met at the door by Steven’s warm personality and our (different) salesman Mike Irish. They were both extremely helpful and kind. We test drove 2 vehicles, which was an absolute smooth transition with kids due to Mike’s help. We ended up purchasing the second one. The previous owner of the vehicle we purchased just so happened to be a salesman there, John. He was awesome and attentive, showing us a few added features on the vehicle and how they worked. John was also very friendly, swift and helpful when our loan company had issues getting certain information in order to process the loan while Mike was out of the office. We are grateful for the 2nd experience we had with Holman Ford Lincoln. We would most certainly purchase another vehicle as long as Steven, Mike & John are there. More
Staff is extremely ignorant. Told by a manager he didn’t care that it was a new car or that I bought it there. Screamed at with profanity from a manager in my face. Over a month to resolve a defective part on a brand new car. They scheduled the wrong day and time after being confirmed with the manager, left trash in my car and peeled stickers off the window and left them jammed in the corner of the dash. Horrendous service. Service manager is horrible along with new car manager. Rude, ignorant, disrespectful. Would not recommend anybody do any type of business at all with any of the Holman locations, you absolutely will regret it. They treat you great when you’re spending the money on a new car and then treat you like dirt and talk to you like an idiot once the sale is complete. They do not stand by the product or their customer More
