Warranty Service Used Ford Roadside Assistance to have our previously owned (new for us) F-150 towed back to Holman Turnersville after putting less than 200 miles on t Used Ford Roadside Assistance to have our previously owned (new for us) F-150 towed back to Holman Turnersville after putting less than 200 miles on the vehicle. Rob Barbarino understood the frustration, apologized for the inconvenience and said he would get the matter resolved. As promised, later that afternoon a message was received that the truck was checked, problem diagnosed, a new starter was ordered and that repairs would be completed for return the following day. After hours vehicle pick up gave us flexibility with our work schedules. Tom Stiles our salesman had been advised of our return for vehicle service. Upon arrival he checked that all was in order, verified receipt of our tags and registration saving us a trip back to the dealership. Promise made / follow up / promise kept made a frustrating situation a bit better. Jim More
