I brought my car in for routine oil change. I have never had the vehicle serviced any place but a Holman dealership. While checking out they said I had a leak somewhere but it was not noted on the service p had the vehicle serviced any place but a Holman dealership. When I got home the paperwork also indicated a failed battery test which I would not have known unless I analyzed the paperwork. Not the attention to detail that I would expect. More

Very organized. You are greeted once you pull into the garage by a service man. Then you need to check in. There are many check in personnel to register your car. They explain the time needed to fix the garage by a service man. Then you need to check in. There are many check in personnel to register your car. They explain the time needed to fix the problems. If needed they offer a shuttle ride back home. If you are waiting there is a comfortable lounge with coffee, tea, water and snacks. Whether at the lounge or home, they keep you informed of the progress on repairing your car. In all my years of owning a Holman Ford car, this dealership has the most experienced and friendly personnel. More

Bent rim repair Dave was very helpful when I described the vibration that I thought I had in the rear. He had the Service Manager take it for a ride and they agreed. I asked them to rotate and balance the wheel as I thought I lost a wheel eight. They found a bent rim.
