Painless, Quick, Friendly Service I had a recall notice and when I called to make an appt, they initially gave me an appt in a couple of weeks. I told them that I was from out of town I had a recall notice and when I called to make an appt, they initially gave me an appt in a couple of weeks. I told them that I was from out of town but would be in town in a couple of days. They were able to squeeze me in for the same week that I called. They also told me that they would be able to provide me with a shuttle ride home after I dropped off the vehicle and would pick me up when the recall work was completed. When I got there, Tyler Jones, I told him that my wife had errands to run today. He told me he would put a rush on it. He told me that they would be able to complete the work in approx 1 hour and I could wait if I wanted, I elected to wait. The recall work on my vehicle was completed in less than one hour.
