Andy was a great salesman. He helped us get the right vehicle the way we wanted. Didn't sell us things we didnt need/want but made sure we were completely satisfied. He came in on his day off to delive vehicle the way we wanted. Didn't sell us things we didnt need/want but made sure we were completely satisfied. He came in on his day off to deliver the vehicle to me ands still took the time to go over everything thoroughly. The finance department made a tough situation easy dealing with my other bank. Overall I am beyond satisfied. More
Used car manager was ignorant when supporting his position for vehicle pricing, he went as far as to print erroneous details about the vehicle suggesting it should sell at a higher price. When I poin position for vehicle pricing, he went as far as to print erroneous details about the vehicle suggesting it should sell at a higher price. When I pointed it out to him that the details on equipment was incorrect he passed over it as no big deal. Then when still attempting to negotiate a price he spoke to us as if we were stupid, very condescending! Still made the attempt to work a deal and they were insulting when offered a trade value, tried to make the wrong higher price back and made us feel as if we were wrong. Will not come back to this or any other Holman dealership as this is a reflection on the training given to their workers. They lost a sale and I found a fantastic dealership down the road to do business with. More
Since I had driven a good distance, they changed their mind on my trade price and tried to low ball it badly in hope I wouldn't drive all the way home without the new sale. They then held onto my keys mind on my trade price and tried to low ball it badly in hope I wouldn't drive all the way home without the new sale. They then held onto my keys and I had to ask numerous times to get them returned and we ended up there an extra 45 minutes through their xx hoping I'd take $100. more. In the end I found the vehicle at another dealer for the correct trade in price and a cheaper car discount. More
