They had listed Apple CarPlay and Andriod Auto as one of the features on cars.com. I seen the projection button while looking the truck over. Assuming that it had Andriod auto like they had stated. Didnt bother testing it out. Which I very well should have. Everything went smooth until I got the truck home. Hook up my USB cable to find out the radio does not support android. They clearly did not test all the features of the vehicle before listing them. Chevrolet wants $300 to updated the radio. That's $300 outta pocket and my time at the dealership. If I had knew this I definitely would have haggled the price. So If you decide to purchase a vehicle from Holman make sure it has all the features they state it has. My Tund tonneau soft bed cover was not even installed correctly. It wasn't even bolted down to the mounting bracket, just velcroed on the sides. Had to make a trip to Home Depot for hardware. After messing with the cover I found glass and screws towards the front of the bed. After lifting up my front arm rest I found dirt or mud on the seat bottom. Should have checked this before hand but that's what I get for trusting a dealership. I will take it on the chin. Only reason I gave them one star is because there had been a lein on the title and they went outta there way to make a trip to Delaware to make sure I had my tags before my temp tag expired. Crazy to think one of there technicians inspected this vehicle. Make sure you thoroughly inspect your vehicle before making a purchase at Holman or take the vehicle to a mechanic you trust. I will definitely be taking it to my mechanic for look over. Hope to save someone a headache with this review! More
Cheap / Sleazy high pressure sales tactics STAY AWAY Salesman Jay McGill is THE stereotypical car salesman for all the wrong reasons. High pressure, moronic sales tactics appear to be the norm- "we're Salesman Jay McGill is THE stereotypical car salesman for all the wrong reasons. High pressure, moronic sales tactics appear to be the norm- "we're losing money on this deal" and other such nonsense. He tried to guilt and pressure me into a SEVEN year (84) month financing at $540 / month for a Ford Explorer. When I scoffed at the offer he then told me it was the "deal of the century" and that I was getting special "family" pricing because one of the administrators is a family friend. LOL. CarMax had the same exact car with less miles at a cheaper price point with a FULL YEAR of less financing. This guy is an absolute snake. Stay away. More
Poor customer service, bait and switch on service work Extremely disappointed in service handling 3/28/18. On Jan 26 I had my oil changed and during that visit 7 items were identified as needing to be done. Those 7 items included brake pads and the total on the print out for all 7 items including the pads was 619.70. Today 3/28 I came in for the service. But I said I only wanted 4 of the items done instead of all 7 as 3 I would handle myself. Those four remaining items per the printout from January totaled $444.85. When my service order was being written up I initialed a quote for around that amount, less than $450.00. I expect as in past, it is an estimate and they can vary up to $100 either way sometimes. Then the work is done and the invoice is well over $800.00. Double the original printout and the estimate quoted today. Seems that the original quote did not include rotors, but I was told that rotors was noted in the computer. How is it that my printout from the computer did not include rotors and the estimate today was similar to the original printout but then at completion of service it more than doubled. Not once did anyone come inside to the waiting area in over 3 hours to tell me that the work was double the estimate. In the past someone comes out and speaks with you if they are off. But double the cost and no one. I would have opted out of some of the work to keep costs down. Is that what Holman Ford was afraid of. Eventually just under $60 was removed. Wow, what a gesture. What if I was someone that could not have paid the full amount? What then? Had I known the cost and had anyone at Holman had the decency to talk to me about the cost, I would have opted out of some of the services as they were not required but rather suggested. As with anyone these days, each and every dollar is valuable. To be duped into this bait and switch is tasteless. My third ford in a row, Mustang, then Escape now my Edge. Maybe it is time to leave the brand and Holman altogether. I believe I should be given further discounts to bring the cost down. Very disappointed in the cost and handling. Made my stomach churn. I would not recommend Holman Ford Lincoln Services to anyone based on my recent treatment. This is the second time I had to fight for what is right and decent with them. I have bought my last Ford. Feel bad that over the years I have directed four others to them that have made purchases. No more. More
Lemon car not fixed Took our car there eight times for same problem which they never fixed. Sent from one person to another, each one washing their hands of the problem. Took our car there eight times for same problem which they never fixed. Sent from one person to another, each one washing their hands of the problem. Dont have a problem with Holman Ford because they do not care. Was told they could not keep the car more than one night or would get in trouble with Ford for giving out a rental car. Really?? More

I randomly stopped in Holman Ford while car shopping. I knew I liked the Ford Edge as I had already driven it elsewhere. I was specifically looking for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. CPO is always a gamble knew I liked the Ford Edge as I had already driven it elsewhere. I was specifically looking for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. CPO is always a gamble simply because a dealer may or may not have the color, options, etc. that you happen to want. They had a 2013 white CPO Edge... but it didn't have all of the options I had wanted. I drove it, liked it and then convinced myself I could live without all of the options that I had grown accustomed to in my previous car(s)... It had no navigation, back-up camera, heated seats or moonroof... I put a deposit on the car as the dealership was closing up for the night...then made the long drive home. By the next morning, I feared I had made a terrible mistake. I contacted my salesman Mike Cifaldi immediately. At the time I put the deposit down, we had asked if it was refundable. Mike had said "yes, but if you think you are going to back out don't do it." Honestly, I wasn't truly aware I was going to back out, we just asked because we like to make sure about things like this (particularly because I dealt with some very shady characters on my last car), and cover our bases. When I contacted Mike I feared the worst... But he told me not to worry about it and made sure I got my deposit back in a timely fashion. They may not have had the car I wanted... but if I were ever in the market again, I would definitely go see Mike. I would also recommend him/them to anyone I knew. My last car experience (an Audi A4) turned into a hellish debacle as I was dealing with a less than honest person/car dealership. That is definitely not the case here at Holman. Everyone I encountered: from the touch-up paint guys in the parking lot, to my salesman Mike, to the sales manager and even the woman at the desk who took my deposit... they all seemed very nice and very sincere. And then they proved they were by giving me the deposit back. Thanks Mike! More
