Our opinion of Holman has tanked We dropped by Holman on President's Day (2/17) to look for a used XT5 for our daughter. My wife had picked up a new Escalade ESV from Holman and we w We dropped by Holman on President's Day (2/17) to look for a used XT5 for our daughter. My wife had picked up a new Escalade ESV from Holman and we were pleased with our sales rep (Alan) and their service. While looking through the lot, someone asked us if we needed help and we replied that we usually dealt with Alan, but were just looking. They went inside and sent Taneeya out, so we figured Alan had the day off. Anyway, Taneeya was pleasant and personable and we ended up looking hard at a 2017 white Luxury XT5 with 34,978 miles on it. The price was $28,490 and we told Taneeya that we would consider it. That night, I did my "homework" and it became clear that the price was significantly too high. I compared available 2017 Luxury AWD XT5s (both CPO and non-CPO) and all vehicles located either had significantly less mileage or were priced thousands less. Even looking at CPOs only proved that Holman was too high. Accordingly, I sent Taneeya a listing of the vehicles out there, including who was selling them, the VINs, mileage, price and Carfax synopsis to prove that I was being totally "upfront" with her. I then requested that she talk to her manager to see if there was any flexibility on the price. Taneeya, called back on 2/19 and tried to pile on a ton of "xx" that the manager had invented as to why the other cars were not comparable, with the end result being that their price was "absolutely firm". I told her that we would guide my daughter elsewhere then, because we liked Holman but not that much that I would pay thousands more. Low and behold, when I continued my search on 2/22 Holman's "absolutely firm" price was down to $27,595 and has since dropped again to $26,990. On 2/22, I sent an email to Alan to let him know what was going on and how disappointed we were with Holman . . . no return correspondence or call back from anyone (Taneeya, Alan or Holman management). Obviously, they don't care that their sales manager just soured a family away from Holman, including our daughters who are just entering the workforce, all in an attempt to push an overpriced vehicle . . . a totally dumb move. In a way though, they did us a favor as we ended up buying a 2017 XT5 with only 12k miles on it at McGuire. My daughter loves it, McGuire treated us right and we found a new Cadillac dealership for our future purchases. More
Everytime I call for an oil change, this dealer is always busy, even when scheduling a week out, trying to get a Saturday appointment is virtually impossible. Roadside NO show Holman was called to come because ct6 nightmare was dead again.Troy from Holman roadside was out the week before ,rude nasty didn't check anything,had Holman was called to come because ct6 nightmare was dead again.Troy from Holman roadside was out the week before ,rude nasty didn't check anything,had to demand he jump start it.Had he replaced the bad batter Armenian Cadillac came out and found along with other major issues no call would be needed.Troy refused to come out.I have this on tape that Holman refused to honor Cadillacsales Roads program.Great business practices after buying multiple cars there and other Holman places.Sad don't go to this place. And say bad steering gear ai did not like his attitude but he told me if ai ever want roadside service I better give him aGoodyear survey with Cadillac .I was forced into it.and expect car.I called to make sure rental would be there and was told to have towed to where I bought it.Since it's supposed to be towed to nearest dealer, I had to drive dangerous car to Faulkner Cadillac in Trevose,Pa who did an amazing job fixing my 2016 Cadillac ATS Coupe.Unfortunaley this dealer just likes cash customers that they can overcharge for everything.Sad they don't deserve people like Troy working for them.Sad dealership. Scammers beware of your bill I brought my car in to have a wheel installed.I had a 1pm appointment and car was done until,3:15 pm.It takes about 15 minutes to install a wheel..I w I brought my car in to have a wheel installed.I had a 1pm appointment and car was done until,3:15 pm.It takes about 15 minutes to install a wheel..I wasn't even mad about that because shops get busy.I was quoted $40 dollars plus tax,which I agreed to.Even though other places are 15-25 dollars,but I wanted to keep it dealer serviced.My family has bought multiple cars there.Never again though.Dave my Sevice adviser comes and tells me they had to charge an extra $12.95 for a valve stem.He said they can't switch them over.I had wheels replaced on three cars and Goodyear,Reedman,and Ntb all just transferred the stem over.I said nicely that I was quoted $40 and hats what I'm paying.He said ok,then I go to pay and I see a$4.95 shop fee.I said what's this.He said it's a fee for use of the wheel machine.Geez how crooked can u get?I refused and said that's what the labor is for.The work itself was excellent,but the Service people are crooked.They try and up their commission anyway they can.I would never use them again and it's sad bough many parts and stuff over the years.My family is done with this dealership! Got Scammed First time lease. After putting down $8000 down I saw an ad for $50 less than my lease with $2000 down for an ATS. I wanted an SRX but was told it w First time lease. The same add a month after I leased was within my budget for an SRX. Now I'm stuck with this lease and a car I hate. My sales person never gave us options or explained different leasing plans. They saw us coming. Not trustworthy. More
I was Ignored I was at the dealership to purchase a new vehicle. I walked the showroom for about 10 minutes and didn't even get greeted. The girls behind the desk at the door didn't even say hello or anything to me. I was wearing my work clothes. I guess since I didn't look like I had money bags in tow that I wasn't even important enough to greet so i still looked around and for about another twenty minutes and there was an office that had about 3-4 salesman in it and still no one greeted me. I was there with every intention to purchase a CTS-V. I am going elsewhere. Just because someone doesn't look like they don't have any money doesn't mean they don't. I will not return to this dealership. I will go elsewhere and hopefully I will get great service. More

I've taken both my cadillacs here for service and one of them was purchased at a different dealer and they've done excellent maintenance service and repair work on my cars. I've always been satisfied. I've actually taken my car there without an appointment and it was repaired in a timely manner More
