I want to thank the GM Richard Fernandez for personally calling me to go over the gameplan for repair and bend over backwards to provide "Excellent customer service". I also want to thank Steve Dopke for all the updates and keeping me fully in the loop with the repair process. I was provided great Caddie loaner vehicles by these gentleman during this time. You guys even had my repaired car dropped off to my home and then they took back the loaner at the same time. Well done and very much appreciated. Thank you Guys.
