I brought my car in because the air conditioner was leaking water on my passenger floor. The tech states on the paperwork that he didn’t find much debris in the drain line. Waited about 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me, new employee standing around talking to others instead until someone came out and scolded her for not approaching/helping me. Oil change takes longer each time I am in, times given when asking for update not accurate. Previously was alerted to needing new wipers, agreed and this time requested them per that information, but they said they were fine and conflicting with previous visit. They are not working well and should have been changed, makes one wonder what else is missed and do not understand why request was ignored. Service attendant that did finally help me was very friendly, do not fault her so gave her 5 stars, other is not listed and unsure of name. Will come again as it is the only GMC dealer in Salina, but hope things get better... More

Requested no cabin filter replacement. I do those. They called my wife to recommend it and she okayed it, not knowing my wishes. Overall the service department does well. This particular experience was with a part that we've already had replaced the shroud around the driver's seat. We were informed that we were in correctly getting and out of the car which was causing the cushion to wear and the driver's weight was being supported with the plastic shroud causing it to break. The cost to replace all necessary parts of approximately $750. Frustrated that we're going to have to continue replacing this part if we don't have the seat cushion replaced with a higher density foam. It's unfortunate that GMC is have this issue with other model vehicles and you think there'd be a fix for it. My 2011 Ford F-150 seat cushion is compressed but doesn't affect any of the plastic shrouding around the base of the seat. My personal opinion is the quality of the parts that GMC uses. We've decided to go ahead and move forward to having the parts replaced because we really have no other choice. This will affect our future decisions on purchasing any GMC vehicles. More
