Despite the fact he was fairly new to his position, Draven Barcia was not only knowledgable about the car, he was polite, attentive and had a good sense of humor. He also made himself available for answering questions and solving problems that might come up then or even after purchase......an important feature for an old woman likely buying her last car! Because getting this review finally done turned out to be a real challenge, Draven and my patience have been sorely tried. However we both survived in fine shape. More
