I commend the Holm dealership for having such great staff. Gavin Sutton was so knowledgeable and extremely patient while explaining the technology of the car. Gavin was extremely professional and made car buying enjoyable. Stopped in to look at a vehicle for my mother-in-law and had it bought in less than 30 minutes. They offered her a very reasonable trade enjoyable. Stopped in to look at a vehicle for my mother-in-law and had it bought in less than 30 minutes. They offered her a very reasonable trade-in value through just seeing her VIN and a picture of the vehicle. The next morning Gavin was right on time, delivering the vehicle to my mother-in-law 80 miles away! Again, he was extremely professional and did an awesome job walking her through everything. All in all, hands down best car buying experience I've ever had. More
