After initial conversation we went for a test drive with Carson. We then went to our bank where we had already arranged our financing. We returned and took care of the final details and were out of there within 20 minutes. They filled the gas tank, and detailed the car for us. Won me over with great service! I’d never considered a GMC truck before, I’d always been a Toyota fan. Klara Hemmy had been showing me some different models for about a year, and fin I’d never considered a GMC truck before, I’d always been a Toyota fan. Klara Hemmy had been showing me some different models for about a year, and finally brought me a Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon that I test drove and really liked! I was driving a Toyota Tacoma that I’d had for 10 years, I was a huge fan of the mid size truck. The morning I went to dealership with my wife to write up the sale for the GMC Canyon, I got curious and decided to test drive a GMC Sierra. After 10 minutes I was sold on the Sierra. Never would have gone to a GMC dealership if it wasn’t for Klara’s patience and excellent customer service. She was very laid back and answered all of my questions. We’ll be back soon! Ryan was incredibly quick to call me and figure out a time we could come see it. From the moment we got to Bennett’s I felt comfortable, well taken care of, and not pressured at all. Ryan was friendly, helpful, and very genuine. When we initially came to look at the car we had our two toddlers in tow, and everyone at Bennett’s smiled at them and didn’t act inconvienced by them, which made the whole process SO much better. There was a scratch that the dealership took care of for us and looks great. We have been recommending this dealership to everyone and telling them it’s worth the hour and a half drive from Wichita!
