I know that I repeatedly asked the same questions because there was just so much information, and never once did I feel like Carson was annoyed or short with me. He was very professional and answered every question to the best of his knowledge or found the person who had the answer. Secondly, we were trading in our previous vehicle and they worked out a fair price and walked me through the process. There was virtually nothing that I had to do in regards to the trade. We also had the interior treated, something that I though would take a day and I was pleasantly surprised when they called a few hours later and told me I could pick up the car already! I loved the ease and professionalism of the entire process. They were very patient and kind even with me lugging in two kids and spending half of a Saturday there. Oversold by $4000 and sold him unnecessary warranty and gap insurance then somehow got a veteran on social security a loan for $15000 for an $8000 car. We intervened, they basically told us too bad, General Manager Chris was no help. Pretty sleazy way to sell a car and they should be ashamed. More
