Purchased a used vehicle at Holm automotive less than a month ago. A check engine light came on. I called our sales representative Jed Smith and he set up an appointment to get the vehicle checked out. month ago. A check engine light came on. I called our sales representative Jed Smith and he set up an appointment to get the vehicle checked out. The service center discovered there was a bad catalytic converter. That is not a cheap fix. Manager Ross...and service manager Chuck Loader took care of us. Chuck got us a replacement vehicle for a day. At the end of the day our family got our van back after only having to pay an affordable deductible. Thanks to people at Holm Chevrolet for standing behind the vehicles they sell. WD More

I was late for my scheduled oil change, but when I called and told them, they were VERY accomodating and kind! Then, when I arrived, they asked if I wanted my tires rotated, but upon further inspection, we and told them, they were VERY accomodating and kind! Then, when I arrived, they asked if I wanted my tires rotated, but upon further inspection, we found they are pretty worn, so I need to start saving for new tires. They guy was practical and we agreed that rather than get them rotated, my money would better be spent by saving for new tires. I LOVED his honesty, helpfulness, and patience! Then, a bit later while I was sitting inside waiting, Jamie came to me and asked if I had a minute. He had looked up two tires options for me, found a rebate period, told me about their price match guarantee, and laid out all the details!!! Honestly, I have rarely had such SUPERB customer service anywhere in my life and certainly NEVER at any auto dealership or service area. My previous visit here to have oil changed was ho-hum, but because of THIS visit today, I will recommend that my friends go to HOLM and speak with Jamie if at all possible. (NOTE: I also discovered this morning that he is actually the same guy that made such a good impression on my grandma a few months earlier. This man is a keeper and I hope the company does all it can to keep him!!) FABULOUS, WONDERFUL, EXCELLENT customer service. It was invaluable to be treated with such courtesy and respect! Had to visit the body shop to take care of snow accident (slid into guard rail), which broke my front bumper. Whenever I take the car in for service, the mechanics always check for other possible problems. I rely on this service because I do not have anyone else to help me with the maintenance of my vehicle. The only thing we would note that wasn't perfect was that there were a couple of soil marks on the arm rest I noticed as I drove away. They did clean readily at home with some fabric cleaner. I have always had good service when I bring my car in. The work is done quickly and efficiently. The service department staff is very friendly and easy to work with. They always make me feel like a valued customer. I purchased my new car from Jeff Holm in 2007. He was easy to work with and follows up every year to see how we are doing and how the car is doing. When I bring the car in for service he always comes over and speaks to me. The entire staff is very friendly. Any time a staff member walks past someone in the waiting area they speak. Holm Automotive is a great place to do business. More
