I went to Holms with my pickup,and discussed putting a new set of tires on . Chuck Loader set me up a time and they had my tires on, had to replace 2,low air sensors on the tires. I drove the for day or so but low tire light would not stay off. Chuck called a near by Dodge dealer and set up a time for me to take it there ,to check the sensors. They had to be replaced with Dodge senors.Chuck had to do alot of calling and other paper work ,and dealing with the other sensors from the other dealership,and returning the ones they had put in.When all was said and done,My truck rode super on the new tires and i got a great price on them.Two or three weeks later i reciecved a check in the mail for the difference in the price of the sensors.I thought Chuck treated me great . I got a great deal on my pickup tires.A month or so later i called service and Jamie Avers worked with me on a set of tires for my car. I got a great deal on tem as well. I had problems with 2 the tires being defective.I had one blowout,they replaced it ,and i had another blowout, maybe 6 miles north of Holms. I called and told them what had happened and about 20/30 minutes they brought me a tire and followed me to Holms.Within a few minutes Gary Hassselman had looked at the tires and with Jamie,and Kit they took my car in and put 4 new tires on my car. There is alot more to my bad luck story but when you have bad luck like mine,You could not ask for or find A better group of Guy and Girls to help you out with fast and great service like Tim Holms Auto and the service Tech,s with Gary Hassleman. More
I always have Holm Automotive service my company Jeep Liberty and always receive great service. This last service was A+ I was leaving for a trip on Thursday but needing a hitch installed, oil change, a Liberty and always receive great service. Not only were they able to get my vehicle in the day before, but they also arranged transportation for me that day while my vehicle was being serviced. I am huge on customer service. I try to implement it in my business everyday. In this day and age, Customer Service seems to be a thing of the past, but not at Holm Chevrolet in Abilene Kansas. If you need great friendly service for your auto, I highly recommend this team. They are a top notch organization. More
We received excellent service at Holm Chevy service department. We were in town for a funeral and our car would not start. Fortunately, we were broke down in an adjacent parking lot from Holm. Andy directed us to the service dept and made sure someone would help us. Jamie came out in the cold to help us immediately. He could not get anything done in the parking lot, so we went back to the service waiting area while they pulled the vehicle into the shop to assess the problem. Our car was fixed in about 1 1/2 hours and Jamie even worked with the local parts store to get our part warren-teed so we did not have to pay as much for the repairs. I told my son that we broke down in the best place in Abilene Kansas. Even though our day did not go as planned, we were taken care of with prompt, professional service. I would even consider driving back to Abilene for service if we need it in the future. I think that is saying alot for a business to attract customers back to their business. Thank you to Holm service center for the excellent job they did for my family. More

we were traveling on I-70 and had car trouble. we ended up having a water pump and assorted pulleys replaced. they did this on a fri. aft. as we were trying to get to kansas city for doctor and grandkids. up having a water pump and assorted pulleys replaced. they did this on a fri. aft. as we were trying to get to kansas city for doctor and grandkids. i thought they went out of their way to work our vehicle in to their repair appointments and get us on our way by 4:45 that day. there were other people in the waiting room and all were happy with the service they were receiving on their vehicles. my wife and i were very impressed with all aspects of our treatment at this dealership. Our 2010 Cad SRX had a grinding noise in the steering system during low temperatures. The service department was aware of a service bulletin that suggested the front strut mounts might be the problem. system during low temperatures. I had just recently purchased a used Cadillac from Hunter McMillan and took the car on a trip to Utah. While in Utah I noticed that my car was making a funny whining noise and took it to a Cadillac dealer i McMillan and took the car on a trip to Utah. While in Utah I noticed that my car was making a funny whining noise and took it to a Cadillac dealer in Provo, Utah (Harmon's Auto Center). I was informed that the problem with my car was that the hub and bearings on the right front tire were shot and I needed a new hub and bearings and the cost would be $500. It was a Saturday morning and I called back to Holm to see if the dealership would still honor the limited warranty on the car even though it was about a month past the time period that I had agreed to in my contract. Matt Holm called me back right away and agreed that the problem should not have occurred and that they would honor the limited warranty and pay for 50% of the expenses. The dealership paid Harmon's over the phone and I did not have to worry about the expense. Matt was very friendly and bent over backward to make sure I was being treated fairly and that I could get back on the road again. I have purchased 3-4 vehicles from this dealership in the past and have always received good service and representation. I will likely purchase all of my vehicles from this time on from Holm after my recent experience. More

If I call and ask about a problem I am having with my vehicle he will always have me bring the vehicle in and have s helpful especially Chuck Loader.
