Great customer service continues Several weeks ago the alternator failed on my car. Parts are not available for the car at local parts stores yet. Although I purchased my car from Holm Auto over 1 year ago when I called I received excellent help. I live over 100 mi from Abilene and a Senior Citizen. Hunter found the part at Hendrick motor in Merriam, KS. He also gave me all the information I needed including the warranty coverage. Hendrick tech person helped me arrange for the tow and repairs. This was all accomplished in one day with little stress. I was very happy! More

It had a lot of bells and whistles and the price was right and the trade in value was good. So I now have a new Buick! More

They Did It Again! I took my car (the one I recently purchased from this same company) for its first oil change. I also believed I had a mouse that had gotten into the I took my car (the one I recently purchased from this same company) for its first oil change. I also believed I had a mouse that had gotten into the fan of the air conditioner because of the funny noise it was making. Sure enough, there was a dead mouse who had built a nest inside the barrel of the motor area. They cleaned everything out and changed my oil for me. To my surprise they did the oil change for free and because I had just bought the car they did the service (cleaning out the nest) for me for free. I was so delighted at how generous they were with me. I felt very cared for and respected. My only confusion was wondering why we would go to the trouble of making an appointment for service when so many people seemed to come in at random and got in first, even though they didn't make an appointment. This was a little disappointing when you've made an appointment and had driven for a while to get there. This small issue was quickly forgotten because of how fairly and kindly they treated me. Everyone was so nice and I was very comfortable during my wait for the service to be completed. I am continually thankful for this business. I know I will always be treated well and with respect. I trust them to do the best they can for their community members. I would recommend Holm Automotive Center to anyone I know in a heart beat. More
