They Did It Again! I took my car (the one I recently purchased from this same company) for its first oil change. I also believed I had a mouse that had gotten into the I took my car (the one I recently purchased from this same company) for its first oil change. I also believed I had a mouse that had gotten into the fan of the air conditioner because of the funny noise it was making. Sure enough, there was a dead mouse who had built a nest inside the barrel of the motor area. They cleaned everything out and changed my oil for me. To my surprise they did the oil change for free and because I had just bought the car they did the service (cleaning out the nest) for me for free. I was so delighted at how generous they were with me. I felt very cared for and respected. My only confusion was wondering why we would go to the trouble of making an appointment for service when so many people seemed to come in at random and got in first, even though they didn't make an appointment. This was a little disappointing when you've made an appointment and had driven for a while to get there. This small issue was quickly forgotten because of how fairly and kindly they treated me. Everyone was so nice and I was very comfortable during my wait for the service to be completed. I am continually thankful for this business. I know I will always be treated well and with respect. I trust them to do the best they can for their community members. I would recommend Holm Automotive Center to anyone I know in a heart beat. More

Easily the best service ever experienced. We hit a deer and needed to repair the radiator on our van. They all took extremely good care of us when we were stranded without a vehicle for almost two days. Protecting my vehicle, inside and out I had my Traverse, 2014, given a protective coating to help against it fading and to help reduce the effects of scratches. The inside was Scot Guarded I had my Traverse, 2014, given a protective coating to help against it fading and to help reduce the effects of scratches. The inside was Scot Guarded to keep everything like new and help prevent spills from setting in. It took awhile, but I was able to wait in the new waiting room that Tim had created. They did a very nice job and looked as good as the day I purchased it. The car was taken to the building that does that kind of service. I didn't have to worry about doing it myself. I opted to purchase this protection package when I brought the car. It was so nice and shiny when I got it back. Holm Automotive always takes care of me. I have gotten seven vehicles from Tim. I live about 33 miles from Abilene, KS, but that doesn't stop me from having all my vehicle needs taken care of. I live in Clay Center, KS and there is a Chevy dealership here, but I stick with Holm's. Everyone that is part of the Tim Holm dealership team is all I need. I can't get any better than Tim. Pay them a visit. You will not be sorry you did. More

Last minute service Chuck and the Holm team made it easy for me to get our Buick serviced at the last minute. I was getting ready to go on a trip and hadn't noticed I was Chuck and the Holm team made it easy for me to get our Buick serviced at the last minute. I was getting ready to go on a trip and hadn't noticed I was so close to needing an oil change. They had me drop it off at 8, got it worked in and were done by 10 with the requested service along with a recall I hadn't known about. Great folks to work with, very friendly and helpful! More
