He was just a very friendly, funny, helpful guy. We dealt with (?) for the financing and tire coverage, and again had a great experience. I'm one of those people that rate car shopping right up there with having a root canal but I have to say that our experience at Holm with these two guys was much more enjoyable than a root canal!
