This dealership is very friendly. They call to see if everything is ok with the vehicle and ask how we are doing. They have a very good newsletter that we get every month also. We live about 1 and 1/2 hours away from Abilene. Jeff Holm and Holm Automotive Center are very accomodating when servicing my vehicle. Jeff takes care of getting my car to the service department as well as giving me a vehicle to drive while mi accomodating when servicing my vehicle. Jeff takes care of getting my car to the service department as well as giving me a vehicle to drive while mine is being serviced (I live approximately 50-60 miles away from the dealership, but near Jeff Holm). The last service I had done I had the oil changed, but also had them fix a couple of minor problems. My car was scheduled right away and I had my car back in the same day. They did have to order some parts but, again, Jeff took the car for me and had both problems fixed in the next visit. The service could not be any better as far as I'm concerned. They are always very friendly and very compentent in fixing any problems I have had. More
