This is the second New Vehicle purchase I have made at Holm Automotive in Abilene, KS. I purchased from them again because I remembered the supurb customer care I recieved on my prior New Vehicle purchase Holm Automotive in Abilene, KS. I purchased from them again because I remembered the supurb customer care I recieved on my prior New Vehicle purchase in 2010. Ross Taplin listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and knew the inventory at the dealership very well. He was able to locate a new vehicle that was what I wanted, for the price I needed, very quickly. The amount of time between me walking in the dealership to finalizing the purchase was extremly fast without me feeling rushed. The entire team at Holm Automotive works together very effeciently to simutaneously expidite the sales process and make the customer feel like the most important customer of the day. Holm Automotive will definately remain my first choice for future vehicle purchases. More

I have used Holm Automotive for 3 car purchases none of them were brand new cars but used cars. Since I drive 20 miles one way to work one of the questions that I always ask them is " Is this vehicle depen them were brand new cars but used cars. Each time Hunter has assured me that it was a dependable vehicle and if it had any problems that they would take care of it. The first time that I had any dealings with Holm's was I had bought a used vehicle from another dealer that had also assured me the vehicle was dependable and as luck would have it it started having problems right from the start. I kept taking it back to the other dealer and they kept fixing it but it still was having problems and the other dealer would not stand good on any of the warranty work which I had to pay for. One morning as I was on my way to work at 5:00 am the vehicle broke down along the highway. My husband was out of town at this time and I had to wait for at least 45 minutes for a tow truck, so as I sat there waiting an old 80's model pickup pulled up behind me and a man in his late30's to early 40's came up to the drivers side window. This man was very filthy looking and smelled of alcohol and filth. I cracked the window and he asked If I needed any help. As I was telling him that my husband was on the way a state trooper pulled up behind his truck as the man turned to see what was pulling up behind his truck and relizing that it was a policeman he ran back to his truck and sped off. I was very thankful that the state trooper showed up when he did and he waited with me until the tow truck came for my vehicle. After that my husband traded that vehicle with the wonderful people at Holm's. The vehicle that we traded for was a wonderful vehicle that had over 200,000 miles on it when we traded it for another vehicle. My husband is now deceased, and the man that I am engaged to now is a Ford man but after he saw the way the people at Holm's treated me when I traded my vehicle for another vehicle he was so impressed that he is now thinking about trading his Ford for a Chevy with Holms Automotive. More
