We were happy with most aspects of our deals with Dave Surrette and Holm Automotive except for hail damage on our car,which we didn't see until after the deal was signed. We don't feel car dealers should be selling hail damaged vehicles. We got estimate at Clay Center to fix hail and it was cheaper than what Holm Automotive would do it for. The out of state title inspection should have been done by the dealer. We received it in the mail and had to go down to sheriff to get it inspected. In spite of these details, we were happy with Dave in helping us find our vehicle terrain and would recommend Dave Surrette. More

Dave made us feel very welcomed from the moment we started conversing online about the vehicle we were intersted in. This was a vehicle for our son and a used one, however he made us feel, as did eve started conversing online about the vehicle we were intersted in. We received excellent service at Holm Chevy service department. We were in town for a funeral and our car would not start. Fortunately, we were broke down in an adjacent parking lot from Holm. Andy department. We were in town for a funeral and our car would not start. Fortunately, we were broke down in an adjacent parking lot from Holm. Andy directed us to the service dept and made sure someone would help us. Jamie came out in the cold to help us immediately. He could not get anything done in the parking lot, so we went back to the service waiting area while they pulled the vehicle into the shop to assess the problem. Our car was fixed in about 1 1/2 hours and Jamie even worked with the local parts store to get our part warren-teed so we did not have to pay as much for the repairs. I told my son that we broke down in the best place in Abilene Kansas. Even though our day did not go as planned, we were taken care of with prompt, professional service. I would even consider driving back to Abilene for service if we need it in the future. I think that is saying alot for a business to attract customers back to their business.
