I went to Holms with my pickup,and discussed putting a new set of tires on . Chuck Loader set me up a time and they had my tires on, had to replace 2,low air sensors on the tires. I drove the for day or s new set of tires on . Chuck Loader set me up a time and they had my tires on, had to replace 2,low air sensors on the tires. I drove the for day or so but low tire light would not stay off. Chuck called a near by Dodge dealer and set up a time for me to take it there ,to check the sensors. They had to be replaced with Dodge senors.Chuck had to do alot of calling and other paper work ,and dealing with the other sensors from the other dealership,and returning the ones they had put in.When all was said and done,My truck rode super on the new tires and i got a great price on them.Two or three weeks later i reciecved a check in the mail for the difference in the price of the sensors.I thought Chuck treated me great . I got a great deal on my pickup tires.A month or so later i called service and Jamie Avers worked with me on a set of tires for my car. I got a great deal on tem as well. I had problems with 2 the tires being defective.I had one blowout,they replaced it ,and i had another blowout, maybe 6 miles north of Holms. I called and told them what had happened and about 20/30 minutes they brought me a tire and followed me to Holms.Within a few minutes Gary Hassselman had looked at the tires and with Jamie,and Kit they took my car in and put 4 new tires on my car. There is alot more to my bad luck story but when you have bad luck like mine,You could not ask for or find A better group of Guy and Girls to help you out with fast and great service like Tim Holms Auto and the service Tech,s with Gary Hassleman. We knew that we would be in the market for a new vehicle and had dealt with Eric in the past. I appreciate the fact that he knew what I was looking for and did his best to make sure that I was satisfied wi and had dealt with Eric in the past. We had never leased a vehicle in the past, but after he explained it to us, we decided to try the leasing option. There were two reasons I returned to purchase a vehicle. Ross is a sales man who is easy to visit with. I appreciate the owner visiting with me. The other reasons are Jamie and Brian who do an excellent job of getting my vehicles fixed to include my Ford. They communicate well and advised me of the needed repairs and what the cost was going to be. They also completed all repairs in a very timely matter. I had arranged financing before coming to the dealer. However, Pat beat that rate and was able to handle the compete deal in house. Thanks for the great service. They were first off; very friendly, polite, cared alot about the customers, and making sure they were well taken care of. I live in a rural area of Kansas and am very busy with school and work. I originally sent out e-mails to several dealerships to feel out ahead of time where I wanted to travel. I did not spend a whole lot of time on the lot, because I live two hours away from Abilene, but I may as well have been dealing with someone next door, as I never felt out of the loop or uncared about as a customer. When I finally went in to pick up my car, they were quite busy, but I still didn't have to wait long to finish up. Michelle made sure I had a full tank of gas and knew how to run all the gadgets in my new car as well. This is a dealership to which I will return. More
