I was involved in a car accident on 6-1-11 and worked with Holm Auto in Abilene, KS and all of the WONDERFUL folks there with car repairs/estimates, rental car, and with the purchase of my 3rd new vehicl with Holm Auto in Abilene, KS and all of the WONDERFUL folks there with car repairs/estimates, rental car, and with the purchase of my 3rd new vehicle from this dealership. On the day of my accident I called Holm Auto and spoke with Pam to say I was having my 2010 Toyota Corolla S towed to their dealership for a repair estimate and that I would also need a rental car. When I arrived at Holm Auto that evening (quite shaken up and injured from my car accident) there to greet me was Tim Holm, the owner of Holm Auto; Pam, Secretary/Receptionist (sorry I do not know Pam's last name); Ross Taplin, Salesman; and Brent (sorry I cannot recall Brent's last name). Not only was a rental car waiting and ready for me to take, but the absloute sincere expression for my well-being was expressed by all of these folks---they will NEVER know what this meant to me in my time of need. I have purchased 3 new vehicles from Holm Auto and the service and friendship they extend to their customers is absolutely outstanding--always when I come into the dealership, I am greeted by my first name --- I do have to admit with handling the many details from my car accident, I was at the dealership a lot and probably was a "pest"---but NEVER did anyone there make me feel like anything but welcomed. I simply cannot put into words all of the outstanding services Holm Auto has given to me and that includes the monthly oil changes my car needs due to the distance I commute to my job--ALWAYS a smile and ALWAYS ready and willing to assist me however they can, and for this I am most appreciative. I just recently retired from the Police Department in Junction City, Kansas. I wanted to treat myself to a retirement gift and had always wanted a Chevy Silverado truck. After checking locally in my community and in Manhattan Kansas, I observed plenty of nice looking trucks but none of them that really stuck out. Once I went online to check Holm Automotive, I looked through and oberved a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ, that I could not keep my eyes off of. I remember for the next three days even on my last few days on the job I kept going to the website and read every details at least five times over the truck I wanted. So one Saturday I sent an e-mail and in about 10 minutes I received a call from Michelle, and she invited me down to take a test ride in the vehicle. My wife and I went down and test drove the vehicle and before I knew it I was driving away with the truck I wanted. Michelle,demostrated lots of knowledge about the vehicle and the hospitality by the rest of the staff was just outstanding. Again thank you Michelle for making my retirement just that must better. We have worked with Holm Automotive Service department and was well pleased, so we wanted to purchase our new vehicle from them. I called Eric Altwegg and visited with him about what we wanted in a new v and was well pleased, so we wanted to purchase our new vehicle from them. We then drove the 25 miles to Abilene to see the Malibu he had described to us. My husband and I were thoroughly pleased with the Malibu, and its accessories. All of the people we worked with when buying this vehicle were superb and very knowledgeable even about hooking up my cell phone with BlueTooth. More
