My issue is as follows: My husband had to go in and sign one last paper after we purchased my truck, I was very disappointed because neither Matt Holm or Ross Taplin came out and told him "Thank You" and before my husband went in I told him they were both and in their and that Ross will probably come out and say something. Well not so much, with that said I will continue to do my oil changes up their and I will continue to work with Chris, but I will not ever buy another vehicle up their because of how my husband was treated. You would think after living in Abilene all our lives that we would get a little more respect then that???????????? More

Always great customer service and Chuck Loader takes the time to go over all aspects of my expectations. Then when all is said and done he explains what was done and if there is any additional work needed he will ask your permission to do it or if time doesn't allow for it he will schedule you for a time more convenient for you. These are just some of the things that keeps me coming back. More
