Body Shop Experience My son unfortunately had an automobile accident while traveling through Kansas on his way home to Alabama. It fortunately occurred in Abilene, KS. as My son unfortunately had an automobile accident while traveling through Kansas on his way home to Alabama. It fortunately occurred in Abilene, KS. as his Toyota Tacoma was not drivable to continue home. The people at Holm Automotive helped in numerous to help secure the truck repair through our insurance, secure his cargo, and even provided a ride locally for him to continue home while his vehicle was being repaired. I could not ask for a better company to deal with over such a long distance. Upon completion of the repairs and retrieving the vehicle to continue home, I was grateful for the degree of inspection and testing they went through to insure all repairs were 100% complete and that no issues would arise on the 900 mile journey home. Jed was super helpful and we didn't have to go through hours of back & forth negotiating the deal like we've had to during past vehicle buying experiences. It was so nice to have a dealership let the salesman do most of the actual "dealing" and not have the salesperson constantly going to the 'sales manager' every 10 minutes then waiting 30 minutes or longer for an answer from the sales manager then having to negotiate more. Holm Automotive prices their used vehicles at a fair price to begin with and doesn't try to take advantage of their customers we discovered after searching for a used truck at many different dealerships - fortunately we decided to look outside of Salina and found Holm Automotive! Next time we need a new or used vehicle or hear of a friend looking for a different vehicle we will recommend Holm Automotive and Jed Smith!
