Unexpected disappointment I have purchased 3 vehicles through Holm Automotive and have never had a disappointing experience there. However, this visit was different! My interactions with Michelle Holt was as positive as always; she is completely professional in her interactions with me as well as very knowledgeable about the products she has to offer. Throughout the process she was honest and helpful. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone purchasing a vehicle. After waiting for at least an hour to pay for (not finance) our purchase, we were shown to the office of Corey Neufeld. This young man was extremely offensive, pushy, and arrogant - something I am not used to experiencing at Holm Automotive. If I had talked with Mr. Neufeld before working with Michelle, I NEVER would have purchased my vehicle - honestly, I was tempted to walk out of the business without purchasing the vehicle after speaking with Mr. Neufeld. Holm Automotive has a history with me as being a caring, understanding, and professional organization. Hopefully this situation will be resolved appropriately by the company. Holm Automotive Service Department has always done an outstanding job of keeping our vehicles in the best condition; Jamie and Chuck and the maintenance staff are top notch. More
