2014 Pickup stuck in 4WD I needed my truck for travels for sales out of town and found it stuck in 4WD when ready to leave at 3:30 PM. Chuck made room in the schedule to get it looked at and fixed so I could go make sales calls. Dealership had knowledge of the problem in this model of pickup and knew exactly what it would take to fix it. Most important to me though was getting me in when I limped in the door. More
