Now that I am back in the area, there is no where else I'd purchase a car from, or take my car for service. After making an appointment to have my oil changed, I dropped off my car a few hours earlier than the scheduled appointment. Chuck Loader welcomed me to the facility and communicated that all would be taken care of. I received a call 1 hour before my actual appointment that my vehicle was completed and ready to pick up at my convenience. I am continually impressed with Chuck's professionalism and kindness.
