We received great service when my family’s two cars were purchased, and we continue to receive that great service when we bring our cars to Abilene for maintenance. Chuck greeted me with a smile and ensured me that he would have my Chevy in and out in no time. He also pointed out that I was needlessly paying for oil changes because the warranty I purchased through the dealership allowed me to get them for free. While I waited for my car, Kari made sure that I was comfortable by offering me refreshments. Before I knew it, my car was ready to go and I was on my way. This type of helpful and friendly service never surprises me when I make a trip out to this dealership. They make purchasing and maintain your vehicle so easy and convenient. Thanks again, guys! Helping even when there's nothing in it for them! I took my Chrysler Aspen to a Chrysler dealership (not Holm) for a manufacturer recall. I was told that there was not a recall out for my car, even th I took my Chrysler Aspen to a Chrysler dealership (not Holm) for a manufacturer recall. I was told that there was not a recall out for my car, even though I had received 2 paper notices and 2 phone calls from Chrysler. I was told that they checked out the part (rear axle pinion nut) and that mine was a different size and was fine. I felt that could not be correct, and with it being a serious repair, took my vehicle to Holm where I have had work done before. They took time out of their schedules to call and check on the recall for my particular car, crawled under it , getting wet and snowy, and confirmed that I do have the part that was included in the recall. Now, if only Chrysler would allow them to complete the recall. I would know for sure that it was properly taken care of! More
