I let Jed know which vehicle I would like to look at, met him about three minutes later, took it for test drive and walked out the door with keys to my new vehicle by 7:15 PM. These guys changed every preconceived opinion I have had about buying a vehicle. I will do business with them as long as I live in the area. More

I also visited with the sales department about a new car...I'm not impressed with them, especially Jed Smith, who lacks knowledge-just does not know his products well at all. I will talk with Ross Taplin about the situation and if not resolved, I will speak with on of the Holms who will fix the problem. The dealership will fix the problem. More
