I had no appointment. Stopped to ask a out noise in rear axle. They suspected a rear wheel bearing. I was sent home in a rental car for safety reasons. We found the car on the internet called Michelle Holt and she asked if we could meet for a test drive. She was super friendly and informative. My wife and I had been looking for a new car for sometime. I listed my car through the autotrader site and it directed me to Brent. He got back to me quickly and within a week we had an appointme sometime. I listed my car through the autotrader site and it directed me to Brent. He got back to me quickly and within a week we had an appointment to test drive 3 cars. When we got there all 3 were ready for us. After we were done testing them out, we went in and had a no hassle conversation about pricing and figuring things out. We went home to think about it some more and within a couple days we called them back to let them know which vehicle we selected. We had to wait a couple weeks for something else to work itself out and Holm had no issues waiting for us. When we finally went in to finalize everything they were very friendly and nice and made it a no hassle situation for us. Over all we were both very happy with our time there and would go back again. After our accident where our car was totaled, Chuck told us he had a very nice, clean 2008 Cadillac just like the one we did have, except that it was not white! (Family joke!) Spoke with David Brooks in sales,I had numerous questions about a vehicle my wife saw on the internet. He called me back within the hour with answers to all my questions. Made an appointment that night, when we got to the dealership, David went out of his way to have the car ready and in shop area (due to cold weather) ready for us to look at it. David was very helpfull with all of our concerns and even got the price lowered. Corey Neufeld did the financing part of the purchase. He was very helpfull and explained everything as we did the sale.Both David and Corey went out of their way and even stayed an hour and a half after the dealership closed to complete the paperwork so we could drive our car home that night. We will return to Holm Automotive for future vehicle sales and service. Great dealership with Great overall staff. Highly recommend !!! More
