My window wouldn't roll up on a very snow/rain day. When I called the service department, they immediately said to bring it on up, and they could get the window up. After reviewing that they didn't have the part on site, and it would the next day before it could repair, they went out of their way to provide me a loaner car. This impressed me. They didn't have to do this, but I was very grateful.. What they didn't know, was mom was just put into the hospital that morning, and I needed transportation to visit and take care of things for my dad. They helped me more then they will know for this service. More

They discovered quickly something that SHOULD have been discovered at the previous dealership and where we had had work done...the head gasket and valves needed to be replaced. Although the job took a long time, because of the difficulties of dealing with an extended warranty company for the repairs, Chuck maintained regular contact throughout the process. We're thoroughly pleased with Holm and will use them in the future. More

I came in after making an appointment for work to be done on my 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue. Chuck was very good at listening to what I perceived as the concern for the appointment, and was very positive in ma on my 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue. When I arrived I was greeted and the process for resolving my issue was instituted. My vehicle was repaired, and I was informed of any changes that needed to be made that I had not been informed of before due to it not being found until it was worked on. I appreciated the professionalism that was conducted during my visit and the quality of work performed. I was also given an estimate of the cost after it was discovered what the issue(s) was that needed to be corrected and asked what I wanted to do. It was nice to be asked for input and not having any surprises as to what the cost would be to me. That is the reason I continue to repeat as a customer from 28 miles away, and why I have them do all of my service work on my vehicle. A trust relationship, I feel, has been established between us and their honesty with me has never been questioned by me. That is why I do business with them. Mr Loader was very helpful in assisting me with the problem that I had with my Traverse. He informed me that the problem with my windshield pump was very minor and the time it took to replace the fuse problem that I had with my Traverse. He informed me that the problem with my windshield pump was very minor and the time it took to replace the fuse was very quick. His work on replacing the rear window windshield blade was expedient. I would recommend Mr Loader and his entire staff to work on all vehicles. More
