I have used Holm Automotive as my preferred service center since moving to the Abilene area a few years ago. He helped us through the process of ordering our new Equinox and was extremely "low pressure" when it came time to make the deal. He also was very easy-going when I would call to ask about my order and build status. I also can't say enough good things about how well Pat Magee treated us. He really went the extra mile in explaining financing options, additional service coverage, and also finding discounts that applied to us. He really did treat us like family. All-in-all, I can't say enough positive things about the experience. I will certainly recommend Jeff and the rest of the gang at Holm Automotive to anyone I know that is looking for a new vehicle. I'll also be heading to them first when it's time to replace my truck. More

Dave went the"extra mile" to find us the vehicle we were looking for. He spent the time to show us every detail of the vehicle operation. Went in to buy a used car. I only had an hour to look. Within twenty minutes I had a Jeep Liberty picked out. Within 40 minutes I was sitting in front of the finance manager. At 50 minutes I was driving away in my 2010 Jeep Liberty. It was quick and simple and everyone was very nice and helpful. After a week I had problems with the driver and passenger side windows going up and down and a leak in the rear window. When I called in Dave and Matt were quick to get me back in the shop and get the items fixed free of charge. No hassels and no bargaining. Just a simple request and they were right on it. We also were told that they would send the car to a Jeep dealer to have a diagnostic test done on the engine to help boost the fuel economy. I am impressed. This is my first buy at this dealer but it definitely wont be my last. Thanks Holm Auto, Matt, and Dave and anyone else I dealt with at this friendly dealership. I appreciate it and I love my new used Jeep. More

Michelle is the perfect salesperson... she really listened to what I wanted, was very patient and found my next "ideal vehicle" without pressure or the old-fashion "salesman slang" that used to make me dread car buying! From the time I stepped foot on the lot at Holm Automotive I receive nothing less than the best customer service and support from everyone that I associated with. My salesman was Cy Taylor, Cy is very personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles the he sales. The whole experience with Cy was enjoyable, he found exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and didn’t try to pressure me into anything that I was not going to be completely happy with. After finding the vehicle that would fit my need and wants, I was able to work with Chris Scherbring. Chris was very helpful with my trade-in vehicle, getting the new vehicle the way I wanted it as well as getting the price and payment exactly where I wanted them and felt completely comfortable. For the financing / paperwork portion of my purchase I was able to work with Brent Palen. Brent was able to answer any question that I had about the purchase and made me very comfortable in knowing exactly what I was signing and why. My overall experience with Holm Automotive could not have gone better.
