We had been searching for a bigger vehicle for our family and I had contacted Holm to see if they had any used Tahoe or Yukon. At the time they had one Yukon on the lot and after my husband and I went and lo and I had contacted Holm to see if they had any used Tahoe or Yukon. Dave Surritte continued to look for a vehicle that would fit in our budget and big enough for our family. After a month went by they had received a used Tahoe and Dave had text messaged us right away with it. When we returned from vacation we went to look at it and it is now our family car. We can't thank them enough for continuing to search for us and helping us through the whole process. Every person that we came into contact with was very friendly and informative. No one tried to sway us towards a vehicle we didn't want. They were nothing but helpful. We would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Everyone at Holm has been helpful and friendly. I took our car in for warranty work, when I got there they discovered the wrong part was ordered. I could tell they felt really bad. Chuck apologized many times and offered to come get our car, so we wouldn't have to take off of work, when the correct part came in. Holm service department had the part reordered and our car repaired in less than a week. Holm helped us three years ago with a diesel pickup that we bought some where else and they treated us like we regular customers. Since then we have leased a Equinox and just bought a used pickup. I think we will work with Holm for many years. More

I went to Holm's for an oil change and it was determined that I had some other issues with my car and a part had to be ordered. Due to the requirement of my car remaining at the dealership overnight, Mr. Loader assisted me with obtaining a rental car (free of charge) in order for me to travel to my job. I believe Mr. Loader provides excellent customer service. I would highly recommend the Service Department at Holm's. More

Dave sat down with my husband and I and visited with us, finding out what we were looking for - what was important to us in a vehicle. I definitely appreciated that! We looked at a number of vehicles, but after test driving the ford edge sport, we were sold!
