Was traveling out of state visiting family when "Change Oil Soon" appeared on my Caddy's display. Love my local dealer but didn't want to risk waiting until I returned home so decided to see if H "Change Oil Soon" appeared on my Caddy's display. Called late in the day, told them I was about 6 miles away and they said just bring it right in. Not only did they change my oil quickly but even washed my SUV for me (it was a MESS due to highway bugs and gravel roads). Excellent service... So good if I can't find my next Escalade locally will definitely give these guys a shot. More

Went to Test drive a 2010 Chevy Traverse that I seen online. Jeremy was very helpful from the start. Everything went smoothly with the paperwork. It was time to look for another vehicle. We went to Holm Auto and talked to Pat as we had "Special Financing Concerns". Pat went out of his way to get us just what we needed to fit our budget. He had to be on "Overtime"! I had visited with David before and new him to be a hard worker and he was. He quickly took the finance details and found several options in vehicle to fit the financing. He helped us through the entire Sales Process and was very easy to talk to and I was able to understand exactly what the answers were to my questions. David is great! Ross took us through the final closing process as Pat was out of town. Ross picked up right where Pat left off. No hitches, no changes, no surprises except for how efficient Ross was. The Holm Auto team is exactly what one would expect in a fine city like Abilene. We are truely blessed to have this quality of "Friends" available to us. More

I could not believe that people travel 3 hours to get their car serviced by Tim Holm Auto Center. I can understand why after my first visit. The receptionist went out of her way to make sure my coffee was to my satisfaction. I kept thinking that I was in Starbucks. No kidding. Matt Holm I found to have great knowledge about his product and did not talk down to me but rather with me throughout my visit. Tim Holm was out and greeting customers and talking to everyone. That is most unusual. Most dealers hide in their office. This guy was actually out working with customers. I can see why Tim Holm Auto Center has such a strong repeat customer base. In visiting the dealership it did not take long to decide this was probably not the car I wanted but another Cruze in stock got my attention. Chuck Stein, who my family dealt with 50 years ago when he was part owner of a dealership in Minneapolis is now employed with the sales department at Holm Automotive. He made me an offer I could not refuse and a deal was made. We are very pleased with Cruze and found out very quickly a driver can reach a speed of 80 miles per hour in a four cylinder Cruze.
