Jeff Holm had sold us our previous car, a 2008 Impala. We were intersted in the new style of the 2014 Impala. Jeff listened to the description of what we were looking for in a new car and gave us a call when a beautiful Topaz Blue Impala came in. We fell in love at first sight. Jeff was very knowledgable about the new electronic systems available in the new vehicle and explained them thoroughly. Any questions we had were answered. We bought the car. Jeff even gave us a call the next day to make sure we weren't having any problems, and let us know that he was available any time if we did. They were very patient with me as I had a specific color and accessories I wanted. When we couldn't get cooperation out of a couple dealers. We decided it best to order a 2014. My Husband and I wanted to trade in our Equinox for a newer one, but had multiple bad experiences with dealers in the area. I was unsure how to approach buying a new vehicle, should I tell them our budget? Or negotiate, but we were tired and wanted to just get our new SUV. Hunter was great, he understood our budget, he got us every discount/deal possible and we walked away with more than what we expected. We didn't have to compromise on anything, he got us exactly what we wanted, needed and more!!!!! We came in Thursday evening him and his team stayed late that night until we had had everything figured out. We came back the next day and he once again stayed late to make sure we drove away completely satisfied. AMAZING service. Hunter was great, he was down to earth, fun, knowledgeable and a true professional!!! Had a great experience. Plan on using Holm again when I'm in the market for a truck. Vehicle developed a paint chip from a bubble no one noticed so my wife and I took the vehicle back the following week I'm in the market for a truck. Holm automotive made a nere racking decision easy. Went there tinking i was going to drive my old pickup home.But they gave me a pretty good deal on my Sierra.
