Was having trouble with my Tacoma starting. Called Chuck at Holm and he had me bring my truck in and looked at it. The service department took really good care of me and had me back in my truck within 24 h at Holm and he had me bring my truck in and looked at it. While I was there I was also able to talk to my good friend Michelle Holt, who asked about my family and always makes an attempt to talk with me when I'm at Holm. My experience was fantastic. Originally went to Jim Clark Chevrolet (who I purchased vehicles through previously) and found the sales representive I previously worked with was no longer there and the new guy Chevrolet (who I purchased vehicles through previously) and found the sales representive I previously worked with was no longer there and the new guy was very aggressive and generally uncomfortable to be around. Decided to check out Holm and was greeted by Jeremy who asked for an idea what I wanted and walked me over to the Chevy Sonic RS on the floor room with my name on it. The entire process was painless and my wife and I left happy and feeling great about our time spent with Jeremy and the Holm Chevy staff. We look forward to future business with Holm Chevy and hope Jeremy's vacations is a blast! More

My husband spotted a Chevy Malibu online at Holm Automotive Center that looked to be in good condition for a price that was more than fair and we decided to go and check it out. We received exceptional customer service from Dave Surritte. He had the car waiting on us when we pulled into the dealership and we were on our test drive within minutes of arriving. It turned out the car had even more bonus features than either of us had imagined and it exceeded all of our expectations as far as cost and quality. We also had the pleasure of working with Pat Magee, who was able to lower our financing rate more than 3% below what our bank had already agreed to finance our vehicle at. Needless to say, I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a car make Holm Automotive Center their first and last stop. More

I had an overall excellent experience with Holm Automotive. I had been looking for a specific vehicle for a very long time, a 2007 Acura TL Type-s with a six manual transmission in kinetic blue pea Automotive. I had been looking for a specific vehicle for a very long time, a 2007 Acura TL Type-s with a six manual transmission in kinetic blue pearl. Finding this vehicle proved to be difficult but I finally found one - 14 hours away, as I live in Ohio. Before purchasing this specific vehicle, I owned another 2007 Acura TL-S but it was an automatic transmission and I wanted a manual. I'm a car guy so know what kinds of things to look when purchasing a vehicle more so than the average buyer and because I owned the exact same car I knew exactly what to look. Deciding to purchase a vehicle with 100,000 miles on the odometer that you haven't seen in person from a dealership that is 14 hours away is not an easy thing to do when it requires you to spend $425 on a plane ticket to fly out and another couple hundred dollars in gas to drive home, but the guys at Holm Automotive were terrific. I worked with Jeremy Plott and Pat. Jeremy was very helpful, courteous, and honest throughout the entire process. I flew into Witchita which is a couple hours away from Abilene and Jeremy picked me up at the airport and drove me back to the dealership. Everything that Jeremy told me about the car over the phone matched up to what I saw in person. I knew I was in good hands. Pat was very helpful in getting through all of the paperwork and the rest of the staff at Holm was very friendly and accommodating. Post purchase, Jeremy even bought me some dinner for the car ride home which was very kind of him. When you purchase a used manual car, you never really know 100% what condition the clutch is in unless you have a week or two to spend driving the vehicle. Because of this and me being a new manual driver, I didn't find anything to be "wrong" with the vehicle when I was there. When I got home, I had some minor issues that didn't effect the overall drive-ability at all for normal daily driving but when I would "drive it like a racecar" (redline shifting) for lack of better expression, the clutch would slip and I would have to pump the clutch pedal a few times before I could get the car back into gear. The later problem occurred every once in awhile regardless of how I was driving, so it was a bit of a safety concern for me. After some research and professional opinions from an Acura dealership and some independent transmission shops, I came to learn that this means the clutch is gradually going to start slipping more and more until it completely goes. Upon learning this, I called Holm Automotive and explained the situation. In less than 10 minutes, it was taken care - no strings attached. No hassling them or anything. Jeff, the sales manager at Holm offered me a nice compromise and agreed that the dealership would pay for 25% cost of parts and 25% price of labor for a new clutch and flywheel. Awesome compromise on their part as their 30 day warranty explicitly states that it does not cover clutches/flywheels. This was an obvious good will effort on their part to make things right with me and the issues that I was having. If you're reading this review and thinking that I got stiffed, think again. If the dealership would have replaced the clutch prior to selling the car, that would have been factored into the overall price. My point in saying that is to tell you that I think that 25/25 was a good compromise for both of us. Overall, I am very happy with my car buying experience with Holm Automotive and would recommend them to anyone. P.S - I scoped out reviews on this website before deciding to do business with Holm Automotive. The reviews definitely helped in my decision making process, especially not knowing the dealership locally. These reviews were my primary reference point of the quality of the dealership. More

I ALWAYS go to Holm for everything and anything I need for my vehicle. I purchased my 2012 Chevy Cruze brand new from them last March and they always take care of me!
