Didn't want a Buick . I was concerned about all the recalls on my Acadia and GMC in general. But my favorite car salesman kept bringing me cars to drive and taking my c . But my favorite car salesman kept bringing me cars to drive and taking my car over to Abilene to get the recalls fixed or whatever it needed. Then he brought the Buick over and I drove it. It had a lot of bells and whistles and the price was right and the trade in value was good. So I now have a new Buick! More

They Did It Again! I took my car (the one I recently purchased from this same company) for its first oil change. I also believed I had a mouse that had gotten into the I took my car (the one I recently purchased from this same company) for its first oil change. I also believed I had a mouse that had gotten into the fan of the air conditioner because of the funny noise it was making. Sure enough, there was a dead mouse who had built a nest inside the barrel of the motor area. They cleaned everything out and changed my oil for me. To my surprise they did the oil change for free and because I had just bought the car they did the service (cleaning out the nest) for me for free. I was so delighted at how generous they were with me. I felt very cared for and respected. My only confusion was wondering why we would go to the trouble of making an appointment for service when so many people seemed to come in at random and got in first, even though they didn't make an appointment. This was a little disappointing when you've made an appointment and had driven for a while to get there. This small issue was quickly forgotten because of how fairly and kindly they treated me. Everyone was so nice and I was very comfortable during my wait for the service to be completed. I am continually thankful for this business. I know I will always be treated well and with respect. I trust them to do the best they can for their community members. I would recommend Holm Automotive Center to anyone I know in a heart beat. More

From Conklin here in Salina to Midway Motors in Hutchinson, nothing came close to the friendliness, and service Holm provided us. We were truly treated like family. They bent over backwards to make sure we found the perfect vehicle and the right price, which was a big part of the process. When going to other dealers, they would show us cars thousands of dollars out of our price range, but with Holm, they stuck to what we were comfortable with price wise and didn't go over our limit. Also, the sales representative, Jed Smith was incredible. He knew what car I needed and for what purpose and didn't pressure me into buying. It felt very relaxing and there was no hassle involved. This was an amazing experience, especially for a dealer. I would undoubtedly recommend this dealer to a friend or family member. More

Easily the best service ever experienced. We hit a deer and needed to repair the radiator on our van. They all took extremely good care of us when we were stranded without a vehicle for almost two days.
