We were looking to upgrade our SUV to a newer, more comfortable vehicle that would give us better fuel economy. We specifically chose Dave Surritte based on our past experience with Dave as our Service Writer at Green Ford in Abilene. Dave always came across as a person who was friendly, honest and very knowledgeable about his work and was more in-tune to our vehicle needs than he was in personal gains for himself achieved by selling us products and/or services that we really didn't need. We very much like those attributes in a person. Even though his role has changed at Holm, Dave didn't disappoint........same Dave. We were also impressed with our interaction with Ross Taplin during the process of finalizing our sale. And, the overall experience we received during our visits to Holm Automotive.....topped off with a personal visit and handshake from Mr Holm himself - that's never happened to us before.
