I went home and scratched out my bills and revenues,discovering that I would have trouble keeping up with my payments. I called Michell first thing in the morning and explained my plight. She didn't bat an eye before asking me how can we help. I had my eye on the Cruze turbo diesel with its superior fuel mileage and we made the deal virtually over the phone. We finalized the deal the next morning(Saturday),also her day off duty and I drove home in the Cruze before noon. A great car and dealing with quality people,I am very satisfied. Another auto service experience with Chuck Loader The service I scheduled through Chuck Loader was for minor GM recall work on a Cobalt owned by a close elderly relative. As before with my own vehicle The service I scheduled through Chuck Loader was for minor GM recall work on a Cobalt owned by a close elderly relative. As before with my own vehicle, when it came to first inquire and schedule the work, Chuck Loader was right on top of everything, knowing exactly what was required, to first order the parts and then making a prompt, very friendly, and courteous phone call, plus personal US mail notification for scheduling. I drove the car to Holm's facility at the exact time planned and the work began right away. Plus I reluctantly asked for an oil change and tire rotate, thinking maybe the service shop didn't have the time for that extra last minute work request, even though Chuck happened not to be there that particular day due to a funeral, it was clear he left his staff of technicians to do the recall work plus my extra requests in an expedient quick time frame as I waited. This all is noteworthy because as much as I dislike mentioning this, other repair facilities do not render the courtesy and high level of expertise as I found at Holm Automotive with Chuck Loader managing business. Yeah I know I may have laid it on a bit heavy about Chuck, but if you only knew some of my not so pleasant, recent experiences elsewhere at getting auto repairs done, you would understand.
