When we first purchased the truck it has already had an oil change and this free oil change was scheduled several month after it's purchase. Great Buy I originally started working with Michelle after showing interest in a vehicle on their website. The next day Michelle reached out to me and kept in contact with me over the next few days accommodating me using the different channels of communication including calling personally, emailing me instantly, and allow me to text constantly! Once arriving at the dealership I was greeted with smiling faces from the front door from the receptionist to every sales person I made eye contact with. Mr. David explained everything in terms I could understand and made sure I knew what I was accepting with the vehicle. After dealing with Mr. David I finished with Mr. McGee and he also was very nice and explained everything to me regarding the finance! I did not feel pressured to accept anything and they make sure you are completely comfortable with your car buying experience. I truly enjoyed my experience and am thankful I made the trip to the dealership. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to the dealership to enjoy the car buying experience that I was blessed to experience. Thank you Holms!!! More

Difficulty with an oil change. I waited until I was more than 1000 miles over my oil change. I hadn't taken it for an oil change due to transportation difficulty. I didn't have a ve I waited until I was more than 1000 miles over my oil change. I hadn't taken it for an oil change due to transportation difficulty. I didn't have a vehicle to return to work during the oil change. I attempted to make a couple of appointment but was forced to cancel due to lack of transportation. When I called to cancel my last appointment, Jamie answered the service phone. After I canceled my appointment , Jamie asked me why I had to cancel. I explained due to lack of transportation, I had to drop my vehicle off to a local dealership. Jamie said no way. He told me to drop my car off and he would have transportation ready. I called and dropped my vehicle off the next day during my lunch hour. The transition went so smooth, I still had time to grab lunch. After work I dropped the loaner vehicle off and my vehicle was ready as promised. I will never take my vehicle to anyone but Holm Automotive and I live in Junction City about 20 miles away.. It was worth the miles to see a friendly face and get awesome service. Thanks Jamie More

Tire service center Thank you Cody for all of your help. Came in to get a tire patched but it wasn't fixable, so we ordered a new tire. That night it created a bubble on Thank you Cody for all of your help. Came in to get a tire patched but it wasn't fixable, so we ordered a new tire. That night it created a bubble on the side so I brought it in the next morning. We ordered another tire and it did the job. Everything was orderly and it just worked out. I wasn't upset. Cody did his very best on making sure I was waited on in a timely manner. He did do a professional job and he stayed calm. Not everyday a new tire is defective. More
