I was 12 hours from home when my truck had an issue with the DEF system. Holm worked with me to get this diagnosed and repaired efficiently so I could continue my trip home. Chuck Loader is an exceptional Service consultant! It doesn't matter when I call for a service, he is always able to get me in quickly and he ensures that my vehicle is well taken care of. He is always honest and upfront about anything the technician my find wrong or going wrong with my vehicle. Chuck will let me know if it is something that can not wait or if I am able to wait until my next service to repair. These days it is comforting to know that I can trust someone to tell me the truth, truly take care of my vehicle, and not have to worry about my family breaking down when they are traveling.
