For an oil change, I went 2 times to the shop, and it took from 9 am to 4 pm to be completed. The first time I had an appointment at 3 pm, was attended 4 pm and was told that the shop was very busy, if I took from 9 am to 4 pm to be completed. I had a 7:50am appointment on a Wednesday with the need of a ride to work and back, was told my oil change would take 2 hours. I had to order and pay for my own Uber then came back 3 hours later. As I arrived I saw my car enter the shop and had to waited an additional 45 mins. I was late returning to work because of my service advisor who had a horrible attitude, took care of two other customers before me knowing I was there and the only thing he could say to me was that there is alot of people today. Definitely, I did not have the customer service I expected from Kia. After taking the time to bring my car twice to the dealer my auto recall is not fixed and each time I got a call from Christopher expected from Kia.
