Horrible Coming from the West coast of Florida to purchase a used car, we found that the sales team did a great job “Thank you”, however the car needed to be b Coming from the West coast of Florida to purchase a used car, we found that the sales team did a great job “Thank you”, however the car needed to be brought back for service so we had to schedule an appointment and since we were driving 2 ½ hours to come we wanted to make sure they had all the parts and Jose told us it would be 1 ½ to 2 hours tops. We ended up waiting over 3 plus hours, I had to ask 3 times how much longer and no one ever came to tell me, my husband was told by the manager Jonathan that the care was finished and it was not. Some of the work wasn’t done because they did not have the parts, the alignment was not done correctly and the oil change worker had gone home for the day so not sure if this was done correct or not. The service staff was rude as if they were doing us a favor and I feel they made us wait on purpose, as far as I am concerned I would never consider buying another car from this low end dealership again. You lost a repeat costumer for life and would never recommend you. What a horrible experience in all the years that we have purchased cars…wow More

Stopped by this dealership satuday afternoon, Spoke with an Isaac about some problems my 2011 kia with only 15k miles on it was having. Isaac told me ok no problem it's covered, and that he'll call me monday to set up a rental car to I can get to work and back. Came monday never called, then came tuesday to pick the rental. Isaac wouldn't take my calls or call me back. I called about 10 times that day and then to find out that he left for the day. Spoke a "Manager", I was told nothing can be done and then he went to tell me oh the warrenty won't cover your car. What??? I was just told it was. Now wednesday, three days later car isn't faxed, been around all day by the manager till 930am and now it's 4pm.. They kept pushing the time back. Now I trip I need to take has to canceled because of this. And at the end of the day I have had to help and car is still not driving right.... To me this is poor customer service and just plain mean to do people willing to give you service... More
