Best Service Center I am on my third KIA and all from this dealership. The Service manager, Scott is the best in the business and always makes time to stop by and say h I am on my third KIA and all from this dealership. The Service manager, Scott is the best in the business and always makes time to stop by and say hello. On my recent visit Joshua Fifi was assigned as my service advisor and provided excellent care. He was extremely pleasant and addressed all of my needs quickly and efficiently. In today's busy and hectic world, it is such a wonderful experience to be treated like you matter. It is because of people like Scott and Joshua that we kept coming back. Also, wanted to give a nod to my salesman Carlton Hargrove. Great guy. Works hard to get you what you want without all the BS. Going back on your word!!! I took my KIA Forte in for service (General Check up, spoiler paint, tune up recall items) . I was surprised to find out that Hollywood KIA did not ha I took my KIA Forte in for service (General Check up, spoiler paint, tune up recall items) . I was surprised to find out that Hollywood KIA did not have a Courtesy Car to use as we just did the same thing with our Subaru Forester also. Service manager finally agreed to rent us a car at Enterprise Rent a Car that they are affiliated with. My car was not ready after the day they quoted and the service manager said he would not pay for another day of the rental. After bickering back and forth the service manager agreed to rush my paint job if I agreed to have the rental car back by 6 PM and I agreed. Little did I know that when I got an an alert from American Express that I was charged for $35 which concerned me as I did not charge anything from Enterprise. I called American Express to cancel my card and get a new one as I thought someone had gotten my card number and disputed the claim with American Express. After research I found out the KIA of Hollywood would not pay the rental after agreeing to pay if I brought the car back by 6 PM as we agreed and Enterprise automatically charged me, that's why I got the alert. I usually do not write letters nor will the $35 break my bank account, but i don't think that a rude and untrue service manager should get away with this. I live near Hollywood KIA and I am happy with car but I will never buy a car from them and have so many service issues like this again. More
Great Service I went to the service center on a Saturday and it was very busy and Candy was basically the only Service manager available and she did an amazing job, I went to the service center on a Saturday and it was very busy and Candy was basically the only Service manager available and she did an amazing job, it was still a bit of a wait but she updated me throughout the process and made it a very smooth experience. I would recommend Candy to anyone needing service on their Kia. More

It starts with the snotty girl at the front service desk, Rose or Rosie...either way you will know her by her rude attitude. No customer service at all!! Then deal with the lying service people. Wow!! Nothing but lie after lie. Randy Rosario, service advisor. Rude and acts like he is in charge of the world. Guess what Randy? You are not!! And then to top it off, they remove my license plate holder and put on their stupid dealer one, even after being told not to touch mine! The service is the worst. Do not go there.. Go to Gunther Kia instead.! More

Great Service Advisor! My experience at this location was incredible from beginning to end. I took my car in the morning of January 31, 2017 because my airbag indicator ligh My experience at this location was incredible from beginning to end. I took my car in the morning of January 31, 2017 because my airbag indicator light turned on. Signing in was a breeze. The front desk clerk was pleasant. As for the wait time, it didn't take that long to be seen by a service advisor. Perhaps a 15 minutes or less wait time. My service advisor was Tevan and he was simply amazing and efficient. He was very personable and knowledgeable in his line of work, and spent some time explaining to me, in simple terms, everything concerning the service of my car. And once my car was taken away to be serviced, I knew it would be in great hands with the mechanics. Waiting for the problem to be fixed took some time. I waited in the lounge for 3 hours. But Tevan, true to form, was amazing and kept me posted periodically on my car's status. What a way to go! Got my car and problem was fixed. Thanks for all your help Tevan and the wonderful Hollywood Kia Team. I'll be back!!! More

Very rude front desk Rosie at the front desk has absolutely No Business dealing with customers. I was simply asking her a question and she started ignoring me! (Guess the didn't like my question)Turned to the computer and COMPLETELY IGNORED ME!! The other lady had to take over. BTW I had to get her name from someone else.... guess she didn't want this complaint!! VERY RUDE!! More
