1st, my initial visit to the dealership was comical. The greeters didn't speak English and knew nothing aboth the cars. There were no umbrellas available for guest to go out side and view cars in a downpour. It took me 30min of walking around asking for assistance to get help, even though I had set up an appt. I was then sold the wrong car that did not have the features I asked for. After 2 months I was finally about to transfer to the right car, but my initial down payment has still not been applied to the purchase of the 2nd car. I have mystery fees on my final feal and no one will call me to discuss....even though I keep being told someone will reach out to me. Add to that, not being sent home with all the proper paperwork, waiting a week and getting the run around to have the documents sent to me, then seeing the missing down payment and mystery fees. I am still attempting to settle the deal on this car. If I keep getting perked around....i plan to return the car and be done with this dealership. The incompetence is beyond frustrating and has become disrespectful to lie to a customer and waste their time More
